Yoga For Longevity LMT
May 17&18 2026 9am-3pm 10 CEU’s $225 by 4/1/26 $250 thereafter
In this weekend workshop students learn basic principles of yoga as it
applies to self care, strengthening and stretching the body, and
calming the mind. Participants will learn simple yoga asanas that
strengthen legs and support precious spines to be applied on
the mat and while working with clients.
Learn to ground through the feet and core, and use your hands in a way that
supports wrists without overtaxing them.
Explore ways to prevent burnout and support longevity through centering self and setting healthy boundaries.
Learn the yogic principle of Ahimsa - non violence in service to self and others.
Upon completion of this course students will have a working knowledge of yoga
anatomy and have a access to a daily yoga practice providing for a stronger, more pliable body which will serve them for many years as an LMT in optimal health.
