Amanda Freed brings decades of embodied study across the eight limbs of yoga into a practice that is both accessible and deeply nourishing. With a blend of mindful movement and simple pranayama techniques, you’ll learn how to use the breath before, during, and after asana to deepen your practice and support everyday vitality. Rooted in somatic awareness and the softer, more sustainable sides of yoga, Amanda creates a space where breath becomes a doorway to ease, clarity, and renewed connection with your whole self.
